Terms of Service
Last updated: October 12, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ReboundCall, a missed-call text-back service operated as a sole proprietorship in Saskatchewan, Canada. By signing up or using ReboundCall, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
ReboundCall sends an automatic text message to people who call your business when the call goes unanswered, and forwards their replies to you. The service depends on your phone carrier's call forwarding and on third-party telecom networks, which we do not control.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for your business. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. Information you give us must be accurate.
3. Plans and billing
- Plans are billed monthly in advance (or yearly if you choose an annual plan). Current prices are shown on our pricing page.
- Plans are billed monthly in advance, starting the day you sign up. There is no free trial. You can cancel anytime, and service continues until the end of the paid month. Payments are non-refundable.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in the currency shown at checkout and may exclude applicable taxes.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply at your next billing period.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel anytime. Your service continues until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again. Payments already made are non-refundable, except where required by law. After cancelling, turn off call forwarding on your phone (for most carriers, dial *73).
5. Acceptable use and messaging rules
You agree to use ReboundCall only to reply to people who called your business. You will not use it to:
- Send spam, bulk marketing, or messages to people who did not contact you.
- Send unlawful, harassing, misleading, or offensive content.
- Violate anti-spam laws, including Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), or carrier messaging rules.
Callers can reply STOP to opt out, and we will honour it. We may suspend accounts that break these rules or that carriers flag for abuse.
6. Phone numbers
Phone numbers we assign to you are provided through our telecom partners and remain under our control. When your account closes, the number may be released.
7. Your content and data
You own your messages and customer data. You give us permission to process it only to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. No guarantees
ReboundCall is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it running, but we don't guarantee every call or text will be delivered, or that you'll win any particular job. Carrier outages, forwarding settings, spam filters, and phone network issues can affect delivery. ReboundCall is not an emergency service.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, ReboundCall is not liable for lost profits, lost business, or indirect damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
10. Termination
You can stop using ReboundCall at any time. We may suspend or end your account if you break these Terms or don't pay, with notice where reasonable.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We'll notify you of significant changes by email or in your dashboard. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
