Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 12, 2026
ReboundCall ("ReboundCall", "we", "us") provides a missed-call text-back service for small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. ReboundCall is operated from Saskatchewan, Canada, and serves customers in Canada and the United States.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: your name, business name, email address, mobile number, and billing details you give us when you sign up.
- Settings: your auto-reply message, forwarding number, and notification preferences.
- Call and message data: when a call to your business is missed, we receive the caller's phone number, the time of the call, and the text messages exchanged between the caller and your business.
- Usage data: basic technical information such as browser type, device, and pages visited, used to keep the service working and secure.
2. How we use information
- To send the automatic text reply to callers your business missed.
- To forward caller replies to your cell phone, email, or web inbox.
- To show your missed-call history and reports in your dashboard.
- To process payments, provide support, and send service notices.
- To prevent spam, abuse, and fraud, and to meet legal obligations.
3. SMS and mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information is only shared with the service providers needed to deliver messages (such as our telecom carrier partners), and never sold.
Callers receive one automatic reply after a missed call, plus any conversation they choose to continue. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
4. Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers that help run ReboundCall — for example, telecom and SMS providers, cloud hosting, email delivery, and payment processing (such as Stripe). These providers may only use the information to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.
5. Where data is stored
Our service providers may store and process information in Canada, the United States, or other countries. By using ReboundCall, you understand your information may be transferred outside your province, state, or country.
6. How long we keep it
We keep account and message data while your account is active. After you cancel, we delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, unless we must keep it longer for legal, tax, or billing reasons.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you of any breach as required by law.
8. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent, by emailing us. Canadian users have rights under PIPEDA; California and other U.S. state residents may have additional rights under their state laws. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Business customers' responsibilities
Businesses using ReboundCall are responsible for their own communications with their customers and for following applicable privacy and messaging laws.
10. Children
ReboundCall is a business service and is not intended for anyone under 18.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. If we make significant changes, we will notify account holders by email or in the dashboard.
